Project Trailblazers, LLC offers program and project management consulting and training services to support strategic initiatives that involve human performance, leadership development, IT, and business process reengineering. Our services also include customized training and one-on-one coaching to improve the performance of budding and experienced project leaders or to enhance the effectiveness of managers of project leaders. We evaluate projects in progress to mitigate risks and to resolve issues. Our associates include PMP certified specialists who help teams to understand basic or advanced project management principles, which incorporate the tenets of PMBOK, CMMI, the ISO 9000 series, and other performance enhancing strategies.

A project cannot be successful if the team has inadequate professional writing resources. Our associates are skilled in developing or editing policies, operations and end-user guides, process definitions, procedure guides, and business systems requirements.
